  • Our order reference number/ valves serial number, which is marked on the valve identification plate and also optionally on the valve Body/End flange.

  • Valves Specification including size,rating class, material.

  • Detail of problem supported with evidence (eg.photographs).

  • Your name, designation, company name and contact details.
